THE CORPORATIONS.

Remembering the Adonay ‘film, around the corporations, we can link such film with some thinking and experience lived in my latest 25 years, where I worked from interior and exterior sides. In such experience I was familiar with their performance, bad or good. So many knowledge I picked up from top executive, from Costa Rica, and many other countries in Latin America.

In some shots or scenes, the film show us some negative sides. Indeed, this results from unlimited wishes to make money on any way, growing and growing month by month. However, we must analyze their origins.

The corporations born ( like the American case )  surrounded by poor and incipient business located inside the home garages with so many problems. These is the Dell Corp. , Microsoft Corp. cases. Later, and put on the table all the strong works the founders rise and rise the little companies towards the starts, magnify the profits year by year. With so spectacular enlarge ( like monsters ), the company is known and loved by the American. ¿ Who not loved his GMC car in USA ?.  

Regarding such famous performance, there is a notable characteristic of US company from aliens firms or corporations. In the US Corps. the founders have a different culture, their people is coherent, direct, with a goal very clear: to make money.

In spite of their origins, the founders chase the immediate goal: to make big money. Once the big money is ready on hand, they ( and their neighbors and friends impel they !! ) change their initial economic and financial situation and become open mind business men, looking for humankind’s benefits and they open the stocks to the financial community, in some cases recording such companies on financial markets like Wall Street and so on.

But such performance aren’t equal on Japan, England, CR and many others countries. For example, in Japan corporations, the employees become like “ master piece “, highly well-regarded. In the past I knew the case where Japan’s top managerial team souk, choose and determine one new wife for a Top Manager established in Central America and the weeding was make. All the “ ticos “ don’t believe such corporation performance. The Japan’s culture and history will explain it.

By other hand, the corporations offer works, taxes and progress to the world.  Like many things in the life, the corporation’s life produces bad and good things.

As a result of the prior explanation, it is very important that many UCR students not only receive the tutoring they need, but they also have the chance to develop positive relationships with a mentor who cares and introduce the correct and appropriate knowledge around the corporation life, nowadays and the future.
